The Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Center is located in The Shops at Johns Creek. Conveniently located at 3055 CR-210 just a few miles west of I-95, the office provides orthopaedic care for the residents of World Golf Village, Ponte Vedra, St. Johns, Switzerland, Julington Creek and Mandarin.
Our Sports Medicine Team is the most complete in the area and includes specialty orthopaedic surgeons, licensed physical and occupational therapists, and a certified athletic trainer.
